Terms and Conditions of Service

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the services provided by IHFS S.r.l.

1. Service Provider

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the services offered by:

(hereinafter referred to as “IHFS” or “the Company”).

2. Scope of Services

IHFS operates as a provider of operational, organizational and support services, offering activities related to the organization, management and intermediation of services, including but not limited to:

  • operational and technical support services;
  • support services for commercial and industrial activities;
  • administrative and document management services;
  • operational coordination and logistics support services;
  • customer care and client assistance services;
  • other services consistent with the Company’s corporate purpose.

Services may be provided directly by IHFS or through qualified partners, suppliers or third parties.

3. Service Delivery

Services are provided according to the methods and timelines agreed with the client, in compliance with the Company’s internal procedures and applicable regulations. IHFS reserves the right to adapt its operating procedures to meet specific client requirements.

4. Payments

Payment for services may be made through electronic and traceable payment instruments made available by the Company, including, by way of example:

  • POS terminals;
  • payment cards;
  • other authorized electronic payment instruments.

Payments are processed through authorized payment service providers. IHFS does not store or directly manage sensitive payment data.

5. Prices and Financial Terms

Service fees are communicated to the client prior to service delivery and may include service costs, operational costs and any applicable ancillary charges. Unless otherwise stated, all amounts are expressed in euros and include applicable taxes.

6. Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

Any request for changes or cancellations must be submitted according to the agreed procedures.

Refunds, where applicable, depend on the type of service provided and the activities already performed and are subject to the technical processing times of banking circuits and payment service providers.

7. Liability

IHFS performs its activities with due professional diligence. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company shall not be liable for:

  • delays or service disruptions attributable to third parties;
  • events of force majeure;
  • causes beyond the Company’s direct control.

Mandatory statutory provisions for customer protection remain unaffected.

8. Customer Obligations

The customer undertakes to provide accurate and complete information, cooperate with the Company for the proper delivery of services and comply with the agreed economic and operational conditions.

The provision of incorrect or incomplete information may result in the inability to properly deliver the service.

9. Personal Data Processing

Personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national legislation. Full details are available in the Privacy Policy published on the Company’s website.

10. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

IHFS reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments shall be effective from the date of publication on the website.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction provided for by applicable law.
